Worst album from Archive…this thing should take place on a double LP and they surely could remove half of the track.
I didn’t by the previous one and was hoping this was better but controlling crowds was their last really good album.

Le pressage de cette version gold a été fait à la va-vite et il est vraiment très décevant parfois (du souffle et beaucoup de craquements, surtout sur le 1er disque).
Pour un disque de 2022 c’est clairement abusé surtout quand on s’aperçoit du niveau qualitatif de certaines rééditions d’albums réalisées à côté.
Le fan de Archive que je suis est pour le coup vraiment très déçu.

I like the album a lot, but I am very disappointed that A and B sides are soundind this bad. There are a lot of pops and cracks, on quiet parts it is aweful, and we also can here those on loud parts, it really wastes the song Daytime Coma, which is in my opinion of the best songs on the album... Such a shame. The end of A side is very distorded too, I really don't understand how such a pressing could be accepted by the band and its production. Vinyl records are being so expansive today that it's kind of a non respect to release this.
You only have to actually look at the record to know it will sound bad, the A is made with sound until the very center of it, while there is only one song with a lot of silence on B side. Such a non-sense, why not put one song of the A side on the B side... it would at least correct that distorted disaster.
Maybe it's only my version, but I really doubt of it...
Anyway, C, D, E and F sides sound ok.
