In of price I'm pleasantly surprised that (at time of writing) this LP is pretty affordable, compared with many City Pop LPs. Also this has a lot of good tracks, and not just 1 or 2 killers like those LPs that can command £150+ price tags. Toshiki Kadomatsu is all over this, hence the quality, and I also spy Nathan East ('Get Lucky'..) on bass and Don Grusin. Love this novelty of the US\East Coast session musicians travelling to Japan in the 80's and adding to the sounds :)

Listen to this in order!! Such a good dance album. It's sad that it's overshadowed by Timely because it too has such a unique and fun sound!

This album is amazing. I know Timely is very popular and it's very good too, but this one and BiKiNi (and Heaven Beach) are soooo good

Cool is Anri's album I always end up returning to. I like it the most after multiple listens. It has a very well balance track list and variety, and the best songs do not come too early. Side A finishes strongly with "Silly City Girl" With Side B is even better than the first one.
