Bought this and Use Your Illusion II sealed - both US originals. Certainly not the "quietest audiophile" vinyl out there - but with this material, who cares. Killer sounding records. Hopefully you don't have neighbors!

I have a version with the following Matrix:
[Universal logo] 4244152 22 A00.
Instead of "15 A00" it have "22 A00" that I didn't see here.... Someone could help? -
Edited one year agoFantastic pressing. Muscular, bold, dynamic and a complete assault on the senses just as GNR should be. All the more impressive given it’s era of release when there was very little love given to vinyl mastering and production. Not that the recent 2022 remasters aren’t to be dismissed, but if you can find, then this is the one own.

Does anybody have the 4 LP coloured set? I don't see it listed. This one: https://gnrmerch.com/products/use-your-illusion-i-ii-4lp

There were stickers were stuck on the outside of the plastic on the first pressings of Use Your Illusion 1&2- LP's, cassettes, and CD long boxes. "This album contains language which some listeners may find objectionable. They can F?!* OFF and buy something from the New Age section"
This was the bands response to the industry forcing artists to put warning stickers on edgy lyrical music that some people might find offensive. The sticker itself was banned shortly after, and was replaced with the traditional Parental Advisory Sticker. -
Found a copy and disc 1 is unplayable. If anyone has a disc 1 only that they want to sell please me!

Mine seems to be without the last 2-1 in the runout matrix on side A. It's GEF-24415-A-GL2
All other etchings are as stated here.
