I definitely have a misprint of this album because Side 1 of the copy I have isn't even the correct album. Side 1 has a catalog number of ST-1-5139 which correlates to Davie Allan and the Arrows - Wild in the Streets. There are no vocals on the first side of the copy i have. Not even sure how this happens and I've never seen this on an album before.

I have a copy of this, acquired around 1983, still sealed, with a round cutout at upper right. Has two green stickers from the vinyl store. One says, "Sealed min promo original" and the other says "101 D16" (probably a store inventory code?).
Doesn't have "DJ Use" -
Would a copy of this release with a "FOR D.J. USE" ink stamp on front cover warrant a separate version? The vinyl labels do not specify D.J. or promo.
