Have the club addition and after putting this on, I was blown away how much better this one sounds! So much more punchy and the stage is huge! One of the best 80's new wave bands out there and this is so far my favorite pressing!
-
I just found a very well taken cared of copy of this pressing for $15.00. The vinyl is flat and very quiet and sounds great..the soundstage is big and three-dimensional with life-size imaging and great separation..very punchy and bright..a very fun and exciting listen, I got really lucky with this one

Edited 5 years agoI myself am a musician / producer in many different styles for many years. But missing person is actually completely underestimated. Presumably because they did not correspond to the mainstream with their own style and irritated the normal consumption people so much. SPRING SESSION is with all the extensive music I know, my absolute favorite. Long live MISSING PERSON.++++++
-
Very under-rated album, solid songwriting all the way through (3 songs were hits, a few more could have been), great musicianship (three former of Zappa's band!) and a former Playboy Bunny as a lead singer (?!) It holds up to repeated listens.
-
this album has some excellent moments the lead vocals add interest very good album for waking you up in a jolly way
-
Very cool Synth-driven New Wave. Totally evocative of the early 80's West Coast sound, alongside contemporaries Berlin.
Classy, energetic, melodic.
What more could you ask for!
