Edited 2 years agoI'm surprised no one has mentioned this, but they have darkened the cover to the point of the Scarlett image being illegible. This wasn't the case for the original releases. I suspect since this was going to be a standard general release (copies are being found at B&N and Amazon), they didn't want to tempt fate with a possibly explicit sexual cover.
I'll go as far to claim this is a censored cover. Or a new batch has been adjusted. (Purchased May 4th, 2023) -
The unofficial Japanese press is much better. Played them both. I'm sure if you can find a copy without QC issues it will be fine. If you've got the Japanese press you can on this one.

Definitely some surface noise in a few places but not terrible. This might have been mentioned before but the Bill Murray version of “More Than This” is not on this version, but the credits for it are listed on the jacket.

These were back in stock at my local shop. A few anyway. Just a heads up for people wanting this, be patient and look around before paying triple the price.

If anyone is in the Fayetteville,NC area and needs a copy, the Barnes and Noble there had one today. Happy hunting 🤘

Edited 3 years agoThis really does sound good, folks. "Alone in Kyoto" especially shimmers. Do not understand why the RSD version, which was in a not-all-that-limited run of 8K and by all s isn't spectacular-sounding, is still so much more expensive than this release, but that's collecting for ya...

Edited 3 years agoNot much difference between this pressing and the last. Looks like there aren't more pressings available from Rhino or B & N because its another limited edition so get it while you can
