Edited 5 months agoSounds amazing. Dynamic punchy and full, although if you think this sounds good just wait till you hear the 2LP

Gift from my brother’s collection. I have cleaned it thoroughly, there are pops at the beginning of side A. I don’t think this one plays as clean as my U218 singles. It is fun to get the original pressings though!

I agree with the comments, this is a really good club pressing. Not flat what so ever, nice and dynamic.

My pressing sounds pretty great. Very nice soundstage. No sibilance or distortion across either side of the album as well. A good sounding record.

Greetings from the rabbit hole. This particular club version really isn’t that bad at all. I compared it to my Allied pressing (DMM). This version has no indication of DMM in the dead wax. Some may actually like this one better. I’ve always been suspicious of DMM. Sometimes they can be quite harsh sounding. So yeah, this one is just fine. Of course, maybe I got a good “hot stamper” or whatever club version. I am suspicious of club versions as well but this one is not a dud. What a weird hobby.
