I had a listen to this, and it sounds very much like the first UK pressing, also labeled SHVL 815. The runout stamping is also very close. I don’t know much about the India facility, but with the similarities of the vinyl, and the glued-on labels, it would not surprise me if all the Dum Dum plant did here was press labels and add sleeves/jackets. Note the jackets have a separate acknowledgement.

I now have a copy of this, and the first thing that jumps out is that Roger Waters' name is misspelled as "Wakers" on the disk labels, (but not the jacket). The green-on-yellow Harvest labels appear stick-on. There is a copy of the Gramophone/Harvest/EMI credits on the inside gate-fold, similar to the one on the outside but without the jacket printing credit to Eagle LIthographing Co. Note The manufacture is in Dum Dum, Northeast of Kolkata (Calcutta) India.
