What do I hear when I spin this "holy grail" a third time over the last year? A very tight harmonized vocal pop effort with some whimsical production here and there. It's almost TOO polished and perfect if that makes sense. The reviewer who said The Cowsills are better is actually spot on. I'd play any of their albums over this. Sure it's expensive but other than a couple really good tracks (A4 especially) it's just another sunshine pop effort that just so happens to be very rare. You want this vibe but elevated? And not reissued? Try The Ninth Amendment on Two:Dot.

So who were the vocalists at these sessions? I'd like to know. We know some of the players. It would be good to know who were the vocalists.

Still available in the US at dusty groove America website for 20 bucks! Im enjoying it a lot, the soft harmonies of the voices are unparalleled.

Well, could be "a grower", let's see if it holds up to the legend. For sure, this is great sunshine pop - and SQ+pressing is OK. It's quite obvious the original tapes has been used; a lot of "drop out's" - in this case it's positive - much better than if something was trying to be fixed from these beautiful, fragile demos.
