Shining in Da Darkness touches my soul in ways that few other tracks can, it's sheer brilliance.
This EP is one of Nookie's finest releases and is essential for any serious record collection. -
Wow, what a fucking smashing EP, got rinsed and rightly so, Drummer Of Doom doesn't do much for me but the rest are absolute corkers. Shame about the review section though, a few people don't like this E.P because it was overplayed, seems a bit daft to give the E.P one star because it was overplayed, give the DJ's one star not the man like Nookie.

Does "Drummer of Doom" sample Golden Girls Kinetic ? Those chords used in the instrumental break in the middle of the song, sounds a lot like Kinetic.

Real mixes messages. Tracks A1 & B1 are the headliners here. Rave was already dead by April 1993 and the tracks here were a little behind the trend of 93 being harder, darker with a jungle drum pattern developing. Great release and I have yet to catch a good copy, certainly not worth slating.
