Another banger from Daptones Records! This label clearly has an ear for some of the best players in the biz. They pay respect to these expert musicians by pressing their work on quality records.

I love this band, I love this album, I love this pressing!

Anyone got the wherewithal to create a Release the differentiates the Original pressing from the Repress?

My OG LP has a barcode sticker reading 2313400151. Just spent some time trying to do this and got really confused

Anybody aware of whether or not there was a repress? For a long time this record seemed impossible to find, and now its all over the internet and found a brand new copy in my local record store for the first time since it was originally released.

First I have to say this band, this album, lured me in to the world of Daptone along with Charles Bradley. If i didn't play video games and lucked out on a free copy of Sleeping Dogs, I dare say, would be like missing the boat to life. Featuring Charles Bradley, Menahan Street Band, Sharon Jones, and Budos Band, "Daptone Radio," for driving gameplay music, I quickly "tuned in" whenever in a vehicle, it became a central joy of mine.

I have a question for other owners of this album. Does every copy have a locked groove after B5? On the entry here for the test pressing it mentioned that as if it were unique only to test pressings. My copy locks after B5 and have to manually transport needle to B6.
