Edited one year agoThere are clearly variations within this pressing - just purchased a copy that did not have "G'z Up, Hoes Down" on it, despite it being listed on the B-side label. There should be a second listing made for this variation. Until then, check with the vendor before purchasing, or risk a good deal of disappointment.
EDIT: I will say, this is a remarkable pressing. Dynamic, open, wide, all the superlatives. I'm tempted to leave a review on the 2001 remaster pressing to express just how bad it is compared to this. Don't know what they were thinking. -

On my Snoop Dogg - Doggystyle album released on the Interscope label, I do have the track Gz Up Hoes Down. A classic.

I wanted to like this so much but i cant. Skip it. I copped the new 2022 limited release ruby red pressing. In of sound, Its night and day.

Just picked this up from a local record store with G'z Up listed on side 2 but it's also not on my vinyl.

Edited 6 years agoBeware!!! Label list 10 tracks on Side Two but track 9 "GZ up Hoes Down" is missing from vinyl. with Seller before you buy. -
Good way to get a cheaper OG version with the same sound as the US release and including Gz Up Hoes Down.
