From information I have seen only the first mono pressing did include the red & white swirl inner sleeve.

I have this exact copy with "A Little Help From My Friends" on the label, and like the pictures...it appears it doesn't have the red/white inner sleeve even though it includes the cardboard insert. Does anyone have a copy of this that actually contains that inner sleeve? I'm wondering if the very first mono pressings didn't have the inner sleeve for whatever reason...

mono pepper is best pepper, it flows better. the 50th anniversary stuff sounds REALLY good too though
