Individual release of first concert from the Europe '72: The Complete Recordings box set

One of the only recording issues on the entire Europe '72 tour occurred on 4/7/72, when "Bog Boss Man" inexplicably stopped being recorded with less than a minute to go in the song. Also, it appears "Casey Jones" was performed later in the same set, but was not recorded.
