Edited 24 days agoGreat album. Top 3 PJ records. Vitalogy and Backspacer and Pearl Jam are also amazing. If you only know 10 and VS you're missing out -
I did an A/B test with the original pressing and find this one to sound better. The remastering work made the album a touch punchier and less murky. On the opening track Breakerfall there is much more life. And on spacious songs like NAIS and Light Years the remaster has much more depth and soundstage.

Sounds great. Not sure what more you'd want. Dead silent, beautiful mix. The packaging, including a full color booklet is great. And what a damn album.

What a fantastic album. I wasn't a big fan of the album but loved a few hits off the album. Album wise it aged well and is now an all time PJ favorite, especially the concept art. -
Edited 5 years agoCan we really talk pressing when it's actually pressed by MPO (EU or Asia but not in US). -
Wish I could find a OG, had a copy when it first came out, will take a gamble on this one. Hearing it either sounds great or average. Anythoughts? -
