Caribou moves to ANDORRA to continue his electronic folk concoctions, and with the jangly "Melody Day," he ensconces himself firmly in the 60s. "Sandy" continues that feel, while "She's The One" brings in a jittery romance. "Desiree" goes from a whisper to a full-on harmonic build, and "Eli" offers pure, warm psych-pop. The gentle "Irene" stays quiet and understated, before "Niobe" gurgles with smooth electronics as it morphs over its long run time. A short album, but I suppose that's normal if you're going to be in Andorra.
