Edited 3 years agoGot this a while back. Quite surprised with the audio quality, although it seems the audio is a tad compressed. Then again it could've been like this in the original pressing as well. I can't compare as I don't have the aforementioned version. Still the DR rating is a decent 12.
Even though this is an unofficial release, this certainly beats the official release of the Tom Tom Club album these songs originate from. That one I received warped, and had some noticeable background noise, which you'd expect to be perfect. Many times I was more pleased with the quality of the bootlegs rather than new pressings of old albums.
