Man oh man. Back when I got into records, circa 2009, I had 2 copies of this album. Bought the first one at a local record store for 45$. I now regret selling it haha. Awesome record!

Bought mine somewhere between 01-04 when I first start collecting my own vinyls Been cataloguing my collection and just came across this, never did get around to opening it and listening to it

They had a bit of fun making '60s-style Columbia labels albeit in purple and lime green. In '95 I bought a new turntable, cartridge, and this LP. What a combination it was -- fantastic sound and music.
Not that anyone cares, but the jacket is high quality matte finish. The sleeves, while having welcome lyrics and artwork, are VERY thin paper and mine are ever-so-slighty too small, requiring a pull to extract the LPs. -
Pressing: Columbia – C2 67248 US from 1995, one of the best-sounding albums in my collection. Production, dynamics and power are mind-blowing!

I own this og copy as well, and it sounds absolutely pristine. Been a fan of aic since the early days.

Records are like stocks. They increase or decrease based on supply and demand. People who weren’t around in 1995 to buy this record will either post negative comments about the “mix” or “soundstage” wo being a verified owner of said titles trying to sway the price downward because they think they are entitled to getting it cheap. However on the great albums released during the cd boom vinyl decline, I doubt you’ll find anyone willing to let them go at 1995 prices. Wait for the digitally sourced reissues you’ll pay $30 for and then bark about your patience and thriftiness. We will keep our $800 AIC and be happy.

I stumbled at this one around in 1997 in a local record shop which only had a very modest LP-collection left. I already had the CD and liked the artwork so much that I bought it also on vinyl. And it was one of my first LP's. I didn't even own record player at that point.
It got a little damaged during a fire I had in my dorm room several years later. But I couldn't sell it for obvious reasons.
AIC records are not to be re-sold. This, their weakest Staley-era LP, still towers above most heavy rock nowadays.
