Notes

The original 1995 release has the yellow “Nude Descending A Staircase” parody artwork on the cover with Suggs on the stairs and only has eleven tracks. The 1996 reissue features Suggs in a red suit on a plain white background and has twelve tracks (“Alcohol” appears a second time as the rerecorded, more uptempo raggamuffin-styled “No More Alcohol”, added to the album tracklist to promote the then-new single.)

I've always enjoyed this album, but this is a very sloppy and lazy reissue from Cherry Red. The cover art and art throughout was scanned from the original CD release and it all looks fuzzy and it wasn't color corrected or balanced before printing. The graphic designer didn't match the typeface from the front cover, which would've been very simple to do, and instead amateurishly typeset the whole thing in Helvetica bold. There aren't credits for the b-sides or remixes here, which constitutes the bulk of the tracks. Plus, as far as I can tell, this isn't even remastered; they just slapped all the tracks on here as they were previously released. There's not even any additional/new liner notes, just lyrics and a short, poorly-laid-out Suggs discography. This just feels rushed and like Cherry Red literally did not care about the music or the fans.
