ZZ Top – El Loco

Very clean and pure sounding pressing, almost no background noise.

The sonics and production on this one are just as mind blowing and stunning as Deguello! WOW, what a dynamic recording. Perhaps the compositions themselves may not be quite as compelling, but the SOUND, WOW again!

No need for any future Rhino Hi Fidelity box sets at least on these two... 😊

Agree here. It’s no Tres Hombres but it does sound really good.

This is a nice sounding German pressing. The sound is fresh, warm and crisp.

Great sound from this pressing, more than 40 years old. Nice dynamic sound with ample space between instruments. A somewhat neglected album that should be in the collection of any ZZ Top fan.

Can anyone please tell me the sound quality of this pressing?

In the photos provided for this usa disc why does it say "made in " ? on the picture of the disc.

Which vinyl color sounds best? Hot pink of course! This release is the proof ;) :)
But seriously - very very good sound quality, full, well balanced, detailed. Vinyl is absolutely quiet.
And a word about music - I returned to this record after long time, and I've found it quite good! Ok, it's a lighter stuff than Deguello or Tres Hombres, but still good. The last one in their old style, however there are some electronic sounds - preview of what has come with Eliminator.

Kind of a strange crossover record for ZZ. They are combining their usual Texas bluesy sound with a decidedly pop twist.

This copy is excellent, super clean and sounds great. Good pressing.

This is an RCA club issue. As plainly stated on cover and tape.
