This pressing rocks.Deep bass and great mids. Clear vocals, punishing blues rock that isn't the least bit pretty. Canadian pressings kick @ss.😎🇨🇦 -
George and the Destroyers at their beer bar best. Gritty rocking of inspired classic tunes, from Hank Williams to Chuck Berry to Johnny Cash. The Destroyers hold it steady, allowing GT to freestyle and bend a few notes.

Contrary to this reissue entry, my copy is etched ALT 11/29/78 on S2 and appears to be OG. -
This pressing is really nice. It has a nice weight and a good sound. The album is great as well.

Hank Williams wrote "Move It On Over" clear back in 1947 and it has been recorded by many including Willie DNelson...but George really owns it...Also on LP is "Who Do You Love"...Saw George perform once and was he all in...good musician and great showman...This album is by a true ROCK legend and is his second of twenty he has laid down in the studio...George Thorogood... -

Back in 1981 this album was THE boogie-woogie party album at my high-school house parties. We rocked out, drank thousands of beers & sang along to every song on this bad-ass R&B masterpiece.. Little did i know that it was also a phenomenal recording. George & The Destroyers RULE! -

The center hole is slightly off center, but I did not notice any effect on the sound which, as others have said, is great - no surface noise, no pops or skips. I have No. 2, so I guess I was one of the first to get my order in. -

My copy sounds fantastic, and it was one of the very last pressed (No. 498). No warping, or any other issues. My only complaint, is the standard paper sleeve in comes in, other than an anti static one. Otherwise, solid press! -
