Sound wise, the 2013 repress is alright; noticeable improvement from listening via streaming service. Control quality is not great. I had to return the first copy I got because it was severely warped. Second copy I got was only slightly warped, but the center hole was definitely very tight on my turntable and hadn’t been shaved very throughly.

One of my all time favourite albums. I hearing this for the first time when the late, great John Peel played it on his radio show. Crackles with raw energy. Still sounds wonderful all these years later.

I bought this years ago. As Delaware resident, I just had to had some George Thorogood in my collection to represent the hometown hero. I forgot I had it until the "random" button on Discogs brought me to it tonight. I threw it on, and wow, this sounds a lot better than I was expecting. It's got BIG bass, but it's not overpowering. The vocals are super clear and well defined. It's got great smooth highs, and a very natural sound to it. The current Hi-Res version streaming on digital platforms of this album is quite good, but this is a notch better. A bargain at some of these prices if you can find a clean copy!

This pressing has alot of surface noise, which is a rare thing for Demon. However, the recording is wonderful.
