One of the most idiosyncratic of the American 80s noise rock bands, Scratch Acid feels like The Birthday Party put in a blender with meth. How this hasn’t had a supreme deluxe vinyl edition as a box set 4 LP with some live recording attached is BEYOND me. -
This album is so good all the way through. So much ion with each vocal belt. Tape sounds great too, dynamic and full and not just all mids. -
