This particular pressing is fantastic. I heard things I hadn’t noticed before. Both this and tea for the tillerman are albums that remind me of my mom and dad. It’s always a joy to listen to.

Found this in vg+ in a german 2hand Store and thought it to be an UK-Pressing by the lacquer 3U on both sides.
Later found out this is from isreal. Pressing does not look high quality but sounds absolutely amazing! Very clear vocals and high dynamics. Very low noise between the tracks. Much better than my german 1st press and i would guess almost equal to Cat Stevens - Teaser And The Firecat. Stunnning! -

Yes, italics, but only 1 side! This one is showing only side 1 label in italics. I also own a copy with italics on side 2 only, opposite to the one shown! Interesting ?

This sounds awesome. Mine is clean as a whistle and quiet throughout which is important cause this is mostly an acoustic album. Pick this one up for a way cheaper price than the Mofi and be just as happy. I guarantee it. -
Just a warning - these box sets with the misprinted "Alternative Version" album but containing the original remastered album instead are still being sold. I purchased this from Sound of Vinyl (UMC's own online storefront) in Dec. 2024 and it had the wrong one. I think it's pretty deceptive to still have these in their stock 3 years after the fact and no longer honoring the replacement. The alternative version is unique to this set so it's a big selling feature. -

Excellent pressing! Beautiful acoustic guitar with fantastic vocals. Contains some classic songs.

Praiseworthy for sure. Super quiet groove floor, nearly silent. Soundstage is amazing. This is an excellent pressing and a sonic winner. Well worth the effort to land a copy. -
Should be said that Yusef supervised these 50th Anniversary Editions and they sound great!
