Side B on my copy has the vocal version of “Will You Be There” like side A. It’s not the instrumental. -
Edited 5 months agoA truly beautiful and timeless song. While it's nice to have it out as a single, the short version is unacceptable. You MUST hear the full version to get the full effect and know that Michael is with you. The whole song sounds like the heavens and angels opening up and singing to you. It's just breathtaking and indescribable. Justin Bieber, Drake, Rihanna and Beyonce could only dream of having a song like this. "I'll never let you part/For you're always in my heart"...indeed. -
Edited one year agoWill You Be There was released almost two years after the album Dangerous, from which it was taken. This is probably the reason why Sony released such a small number of promo discs for the single in question, as it no longer considers it necessary to further publicize the material on the album.
It is also plausible that the record company preferred to focus on promoting the single Gone To Soon, also released in 1993, which contained the hit "Thriller", which has always been heavily used by DJs and therefore decidedly more commercial. -
Edited 8 years agoThis is a comercial release, you can see the barcode at the top right corner. Copies with the golden press of Sony music are like promo, but nothing more is changing.
