The production resp. quality control of Universal remains unacceptable. My third order with them and all arrived with flaws like corner dings, split inners or wavy labels that come unglued. Add to this a useless customer service whose only objective seems to be to disencourage returns.

The finest late-period Sylvian is here: I Should Not Dare and A Certain Slant Of Light; beautiful beyond words.

Manafon is one of my all-time favorite albums, and having missed out on this for many years, I finally acquired a copy. I love it!

Edited 12 years agoThe whole Manafon-thing was a huge faliure and making a remix of it?? Huh.... D.S. used to be my hero but now it seems he has lost of sense with the "reality". His singing is very boring, the album is tasteless. It's a noise-pollution! ! ! ! ! !
