lordy this album is good...go buy it now..! a shame there 39 still being sold on discogs!! Granted that they are mint copies and no used copies - that should tell you something too :)! Yes very good!

Great album but the pressing was problematic for my turntable- it was a skip fest throughout. Recorded very hot - even adjusting tracking force only helped a little. Returned for a better copy. Me that be an anomaly 😫

Amazing album and the artwork is lovely, but unfortunately the sleeve is tighter than a Steve Gadd paradiddle

The bar was set high for Another Taste's debut LP, and they sure delivered. A perfect 10 IMO.
"Turn up" is a perfect album starter with it's funk/boogie synth vibes. "It takes time" is a fantastic mid tempo late 70's flute-driven funk stepper. "Mad Honey" theme is fantastic uptempo funky disco...."Perfect Night" is a great closer.

The only song not new is "Time is on our Side" but it slots in nicely on the LP. The bassline on this (and the rest of the album) is reminiscent of Bernard Edwards in general....I'd bet the bassist was inspired by him.
