Both records sound clear and with good dynamics. The volume level is also good considering the track lengths since they are all extended versions. I was expecting worse quality since “metallic look” plastic tend to add high pitch noise. The track selection is fantastic. A must have. -
Purchased second copy as a spare and golden vinyl in the second pack sounded much cleaner than in first one where there was hiss on every rotation on RAM and Lustral. -
Cleaned both LPs ultrasonically right after I bought it and it sounds clean and bright. No clicks, pops or background noise. This happens quiet often with brand new vinyls, they need the cleaning first!

Edited 10 months agoRecord one (golden) sounds dirty and distorted on several occasions, while record 2 (silver) sounds clean and clear. I bought it because of "The Age of Love" and "Everytime", unfortunately they don't sound like I expected. -
Edited 11 months agoGot this purely for Ramsterdam which is a classic for trance fans .
Would prefer the original (lemon + einar - Anticipation) but with that only being on the flash sampler vinyl ....that's hard to come by , this will have to do :)
As a whole package I prefer Vol 2 but Ramsterdam too good not to own . -
A lot of best of vinyl compilations are coming out in the past years (Dream Dance, Club Sounds, A State of Trance, etc.) but they never are the best tracks of the last whatever years. The only thing they're caring about are label clearances instead of the best tracks throughout the years. This one at least has the full tracks with enough time between each one (looking at you Sony). -

So these are supposed to be the best tracks of the last 25 years of the Technoclub compilation. If I was to compile these CDs and records I would only take like 2-3 tracks here and replace all others with much better classic tracks. -
