Foo Fighters – Medicine At Midnight

mark. Just….. not the best mastered record of their catalogue. I’m a sucker for coloured vinyl so liking the transparent blue colour. Vinyl flat and quiet. Haven’t noticed the distortion others have reported here so must be minor.

I really enjoyed this album. I thought it gave them a fresh sound. A bit of a pop crossover but still Foo. Pressing sounds pretty good just a bit rough on the inner groove. Highly recommended.

Big Foo Fighters fan here, I love this album and this version sounds excellent. Side one is my favourite. Making A Fire and Cloudspotter are just amazing...

Just found this on clearance at target for $7 …. I see it’s going for pretty cheap on here but I got it for a steal

IMO side one is ultimate...side 2 eh...but the pressing is flat quiet and well pressed. Proof that heavy weight has nothing to do with sound..its more your turntable and platter IMO. Recorded LOUD so get ready for a rock experience. Melodic rockers all the way. Side 2 is more "deep dive Nirvana style" which is cool but I have to be int he mood...LOL. I have to laugh at all the"big box" dept stores selling records again...but...it seems their buying power and want for low returns puts some pressure on the pressing plants to do a really good job... maybe?

Probably one of the nicest sounding records I own.
Paid a whopping 8,- € on amazon.de because of a voucher and got a nice looking, super quiet, nicely balanced and pleasant to listen to LP in return.
10/10 would buy again. If I lost this one. Because otherwise I'd have two.

Not that big a fan of the album itself, but I couldn’t help but buy this when I found it. The alternate cover looks really nice, and the pressing is phenomenal, it’s clear and sounds great. Plus I really appreciate the extra sleeve included here.
Also, I got a kick out of the included band photo. It’s not even in color lol.

Agreed - slightly distorted on latter tracks for a few bars. Overall though an impressive record. Softer than most Foo albums with some heavy doses of Bowie and Hendrix in parts, the title track is a stand out for me.

Cool colour. Soundwise it´s a great press: super low surface noise, open and dynamic sound. Great job!
