The Locust stuff on here is a bit odd; it's pretty clear they hadn't found their sound yet, especially when compared to the 12" released two years later. If anything they sound sort of like a less technical, more scattered version of Man Is The Bastard. Interesting to see where they progressed from, but I'd say their side doesn't really stack up to their later material.
