Notes
Angel Dust was released as a follow up to The Real Thing in June 1992.
The first Japanese edition contains the bonus track "As The Worm Turns".
The South Korean edition was stripped from 13 tracks to 10 tracks, omitting the tracks "Caffeine", "RV" and "Crack Hitler".
On 29th December 1992 Faith No More released "I'm Easy / Be Aggressive" as a single in Europe. Due to its success they repackaged the album to include "Easy" in most markets on 29th January 1993, this did not include North American territories.
Two versions of the song were recorded and both are found on different versions of the repackaged version of Angel Dust based on the label which released the album. The first version of "Easy" opens with the dialogue "turn the lights out baby" and "this one's for the ladies in the house". This version was used on all London Records / Slash Records releases of the album in the UK and Europe, South America and Australia (828 401-2, 3984 28200 2 and POCD-1111).
The second version of the track omits the dialogue and contains heavy synth in the intro for the song. This version features on Liberation / Slash Records releases of the album found in Australia. (D30953 and TVD93378 / RMD93378). This second version was used on the German single of I'm Easy by London Records / Slash Records / Metronome and was referred to as "I'm Easy Cooler Version". It was also used for the US and Canada's singles "Easy" and "Songs To Make Love To" on Slash Records / Reprise Records. "Easy" was never added to the US and Canadian versions of Angel Dust.
The 1993 repackaged Japanese edition contains both the bonus track "As The Worm Turns" and "Easy".
In 2003 Kerrang Magazine listed the 50 most influential albums of all time. Angel Dust was number 1.
In 2008, the album was remastered by Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs and released on double 180gram vinyl and gold CD.
In 2013, the album was reissued by Music On Vinyl on both limited colored and standard black double vinyl with gatefold sleeve.
In 2015, the album was reissued by Slash on double vinyl and CD deluxe remastered editions with extra tracks.

Edited one month agoHi guys. I’m looking at buying a used copy of these. What’s the issue exactly with the repeat of an and b? Is the second disc labeled correctly but playing a and b songs? Or just 2 copies of a and b?

Very good version. Sounds great. I just regret that they change track order (compare to original version of the album).
I understand why they did that but for me it's not normal, especially on a vinyl .
I don't listen to a summer hit compilation, I listen to a complete work.
That said, It's such a great album ! -

I am a big fan of this pressing. Bought for a great price from a Greek reseller and its a great way to get a first pressing of Angel Dust if you can stomach the shipping costs. One trip through the Spin Clean and it sounds like new. Clear as a bell. Major win if you can get a clean copy of one of the best albums of the 90s. -
The Rhino remaster is the best version.
This is great but the 45rpm second disc is daft but it's based in part on the Midlife Crisis EP.
This is the second UK version released in August with the bonus disc. -
I know it's a bootleg and it's not allowed to be sold here. I bought it in a Record Shop in Poland in 2012 for an equivalent of 13 Euro. Back then it was pretty good option, because there wasn't any official copies available (at least not cheaper than 100 Euro).
Afterall I must say it is not a bad reissue. Well, the cover doesn't look good (it's a low quality picture, you can easily notice there are some pixels). Moreover, the last tracks on A and B side sound pretty "messy" (as if there was some background noise and the sound of the instruments is not selective). But apart from that it sounds very decent. I would rate it 6/10. -

This version sounds flat and great, and has the “extra” track so that’s why i chosed this one. -

I was skeptical regarding this version, but it turned out that this is a good quality pressing. It is a good option if you want this album for your vinyl collection and cannot find the highly acclaimend MOV release at a decent price. I have the 2024 release. -
I have this MOVLP with repeated side A & B and missing the C & D (factory issue and both in NM condition)
So IF YOU HAVE A REPEATED C & D Lp please me to buy or trade the C &D side lp -

What website is this found on? I can't find it on Rhino's website. -
Edited 8 months agoI’m an OG FNM fan and I have this pressing with the “wobble” on the second song on side 2 and I can tell you everything is not ruined. It’s such a minor audio blip. This pressing is absolutely amazing it’s like listening to the album for the first time. One of the best in my collection. I can’t imagine it sounding any better. If you find this miss press copy just get it. So good!!!!!
