Brilliant release, capturing sound, beautiful artwork. Coltranes best line up in my eyes and ears! -
The poster insert & inner sleeve look great, but the white LP cover design is awful! -

Does 00602567492979 / 00602567547488 printed on the CDs mean I definitely have the mono version or is that info just missing from the stereo release page? The booklet mentions original 1/4 analog tapes were used for all tracks, I suppose that doesn't mean much. -
I bought the album back in 2018 when it was just released. Listening to it right now I am flabbergasted by the excellent pressing quality. Vinyl releases have really gotten bad since those 'good old days' ;-)

I really love this lost album or whatever that is. The pressing is also really great, dead silent. Spot on! Very good presentation over all. A great addition for any Coltrane fan. -

Realy nice recording, Coltrane and his quartet play beautiful and unconstrained. This album is a real addition to my collection. Strange it has never been released before. -
The music here is excellent. I could listen unlimited takes of Impressions, they're all great. I suspect we'd have heard it decades prior had ABC not undertaken that borderline criminal act of tossing unreleased Coltrane masters in the early 70s. I didn't know about that til reading Ashley Kahn's liner notes. It's frustrating to know that real stereo tapes existed at one point. -
This record sounds fantastic! Far exceeded expectations, wow!!! A must purchase for any Coltrane fan.

This is gnarly hard bop, as in seriously hard bop. Sounds like a rock n roll band at times wrt their intensity.
