St. Vincent – Masseduction

Has a few pops, but overall sounds great. Because of other reviews was expecting far worse quality. Great album, sounds more full and booming on vinyl

A very punchy, resonant album, and this edition has absolutely epic bass! A harrowing, melancholic, third masterpiece.

For what it's worth my copy was distorted in places. Sounded like someone had inadvertently put it in the oven. Returned.

No complaints, sounds great, full and detailed. Nice bass. Quiet background.

I don’t know what some of you are listening to this album on but the record sounds great. Granted it’s bass heavy to say the least but it Fucking blows me through the wall! It’s still clear and a quite pressing

One of my favorite albums. Watch “The Nowhere Inn” if you love this album and the show Portlandia.

Packaging is great, although the poster and the jacket feel unusually thin. I would recommend an outer sleeve if you pick this one up. I also wish the code came with WAV files instead of MP3s, but that's me griping. The record is a nice pink, and I love the blue sleeve. It sounds okay - it's very quiet with no distortion or sibilance. However, as others have mentioned, the highs are a bit too quiet, and the digital version sounds more vibrant and punchy. A remaster for the vinyl version of this album would be nice, but in 2017, that shouldn't have been an issue. It's nice to have and I'm definitely keeping this, but I don't play it often.

I love how tracks like Savior and Happy Birthday, Johnny sound on the vinyl, but I'd agree with other reviewers: the more heavily-produced songs lose a bit of their charm and quality in this format.
