Notes
This is for the 1994 Australian EP and its 2015 Reissue. This Australian release is Silverchair's first professional CD, produced as a result of winning a radio contest on Triple J. It was an EP, that in 1994 reached #1 in Australia, a year before the album "Frogstomp" was even released. The songs on this EP are different recordings than the songs on the international 1995 Singles which use the same recording as on Silverchair's debut Album.

Edited 3 months agoLove the flaming yellow, one of my favourites. For being their first E.P. probably recorded in a local studio, it sounds really good and is dead quiet pretty much. Black poly-lined inner, Music on Vinyl kicked the ball out of the park with this one.
Presentation: 5/5
Pressing (pops, skips): 5/5
Mastering (audio source): 4/5
Sleeve: Black Anti-static Inner
Setup (turntable, stylus): AT-120XUSB, AT-VM95ML -
Edited one year agodk what this guy 👇🏻 👇🏻👇🏻 is talking about. i have a studio and this is the best sounding record i have ever played. feels like the lead singer is singing right next to me.

Vinyl is somewhat noisy, but I guess it doesn't much matter when the music is this loud. Sounds good, although it's limited by the qualtiy of the original recording (drum sound in particular). Musical content is great.
