Extremely low the level of the audio tracks on this cd single....even older MJ singles have better audio volume.....is that on this particular release? Maybe??

I must say I only purchased this for "Dangerous" which has a solid remix by Roger Sanchez when he was good. However the harder Tony Moran mix of the title track is a nice surprise, although I'm not usually a fan of that harder house sound.

Again the wrong video is shown. This is not the original video from 1997. At the first time he sings "She seemed sincere, like it was love and true romance..." he rubs her legs in the original. There are different shots here. This is the same video as per the Number Ones DVD.

This release is one of the ONLY places to find the elusive "alternate" Tony Moran mix that's 8:53 long. Almost every other release of this single includes the standard 8:38-length version of TM's Switchblade Mix, even the US promo & retail 12" vinyl singles whose sleeves mistakenly give their track times as BEING 8:53, but they actually PLAY the more common 8:38 length version. I've researched this issue exhaustively over the last few weeks, and confirmed with a friend who owns THIS release here (blue promo UK vinyl) that the correct playing time is definitely 8:53 long. The main difference between the two different versions of TM's Switchblade Mix is at the 2:34 point, with the lyrics:

"Every night stance is like takin' a chance
It's not about love and romance
And now you're gonna get it"

....being included in the "alternate" remix (8:53) but not in the standard 8:38-length remix (or the Fire Island mixes either, for that matter). The only other noticeable difference is with the final note: the very last sound effect of the song right before it ends is markedly different between the two versions. Either way, an amazing remix from the legendary Tony Moran, complete with extra background vocalists singing harmony & ad-libs, and even a sample/recreation of one of the keyboard riffs from the classic house tune "Move Your Body" by Marshall Jefferson.
