Lacquer was processed at, and the metal parts used for pressing the vinyl made at: Sheffield Lab Matrix:

(sometimes the 'SLM' part is missing, but the company can still be ID'ed by a "-SH1" at the end of the etched matrix numbers. Note that the # in "-SH1" may be a different number than "1".)
Metal parts include the Matrix, the Mother and the Stamper discs.
