1950s-1970s label originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, moving to Chicago, Illinois in 1961.
Also appears as "U.S.A. Records" or "USA" only.

The company was initially based in Milwaukee in 1959 and used a 1200 series until 1961 when the move to Chicago was completed. Founded by Paul Glass, a pioneer Chicago distributor of independent record labels, who also founded the Allstate Record Distributing Co.in 1955.
