Edited 6 years agoImpeccable releases. Weirdo obscure jazz-electronica and contemporary experimental geniuses and the most canted dancehall this side of On-U sound.
Everything I've heard on vinyl (5 copies of 2 releases, DDS020 and DDS027, so 10 discs in total) is excellently mastered, but also full of pressing defects, mostly non-fill/stitching. I'm guessing they use the same plant and are given the same quality control as Modern Love's pressings, which are also rife with pressing defects. Super frustrating for someone who wants to hear it on record and as these are two of my favorite labels. Wish they would hold their pressing plant to or switch to a different plant.
