French label from c. 1950, issuing records with American jazz standards.
Not to be confused with Vogue series Jazz Selection (5) which came c. 1988 (cat# 670201 to 670220 for CDs, and with 3 first digits '771' instead of '670' for cassettes).

Swedish releases by the Sonora (2) company.
78s were issued in a J.S. 4000 series, running from 4001 to 4056 (released 1951-1956). Many, but not all were "Selected by the Federation of The Swedish Jazz-Clubs", as stated on labels.
EPs appeared in a JEP 4500 series, running from 4501 to at least 4585.
The recordings were licensed from the Vogue company in , but the selection of what was released and in which couplings were made by Sonora. Sonora had earlier (in 1950) released seven jazz 78s on a short-lived Exclusive Jazz Selection label, five of which were also from Vogue.
