British home video label, launched in 1980. Initial releases were aimed primarily at video rental stores. The label survived the pre-cert era and eventually, through established contracts with Lorimar and Carolco, struck it lucky as the label for hit programmes such as Dallas and hit movies Terminator and Terminator 2. Defunct when merged into Fox/Pathe/Guild. |
