Buena Vista Records

Buena Vista Records is an American record label, established in 1959 after the Disney organization found it difficult to market full-price adult-oriented releases through their Disneyland label. It is a part of the Disney Music Group. It releases soundtracks to Disney live-action films and film musicals, such as Mary Poppins and Babes in Toyland, as well as recordings by actors under contract to Disney, such as Annette Funicello and Hayley Mills.

The label is named after the Burbank street where the Disney Studio is located. Early liner notes and promotional materials sometimes refer to the label as "Vista Records", although the word "Buena" has always been present in the actual logos.
