Created in February 2004 by the merger of CD Press AG, Bergdietikon (acquired in November 2003).
In February 2009, OMD International AG, Diessenhofen, is taken over.
In April 2011 the Adcom Group sold the company to the management
In August 2012 renamed to Adon Production AG.
