Since the acquisition of EMI by Universal Music, it is Universal Music's company in Greece. The Universal Music's previous branch in Greece was divested and now operated as Cobalt Music (2).

Chairman & CEO: Μίλτος Καρατζάς and from 2004 onwards Margarita Matsa (Makis Matsas' daughter).
