Casablanca Records, Inc. was formed in 1973 by former Cecil Holmes, Larry Harris and Buck Reingold.
Please only use this in the company/copyright fields. For the label, use Casablanca.
In 1977, when the company merged with Filmworks, Inc. (a small film production company headed by Peter Guber), it renaming itself to Casablanca Record And Filmworks, Inc.
Also the label wording and design changed with this merge.
Till then, the company is commonly only mentioned for copyright or first publishing anymore. For further details please see Casablanca Records
