The ORS part (Official Release Series) of the Neil Young Archives is composed of remastered editions of already existing albums. They were released in HDCD and 180g vinyl format in 2009.

The 2017 releases are called Original Release Series and CDs are not HDCD encoded.

        Yeah - when the fxxk is he gonna get back to releasing these? HDCD been around 20 years and we still don't have FREEDOM or RAGGED GLORY on the format! But judging from his releases of late he's abandoned HDCD....Perhaps BluRay audio-only releases will replace it?
