Independent Pressing Co.

Profile:

Nottingham-based record manufacturer (mastering, metalworks, pressing).
IPC was established in June 1998 by K.W.S. in the early 1990s.
The plant operated 10 Toolex Alpha presses and can be identified by the unique pressing rings during the period of June 1998 - March 2008 and the runout etching IPC.
Plating was done by galvanics technician James Baddeley who can be identified by the following runout etchings: JBAD@IPC, J-BAD@IPC, JB@IPC, JBAD and JB.
IPC also had a recording/mastering studio.

The plant is known for the ill-fated partnership between King and Total Vinyl Ltd. (which later became Only Vinyl and is now part of GZ Vinyl).
