Peters International, Inc.

Peters International, Inc. was a large importer of records and also ran the label PETERS INTERNATIONAL. The company was active from 1958 to 1982.
In 1967, PII signed a deal with Electric & Musical Industries Ltd. that made them the exclusive US distributor for 16 different (mostly European) EMI companies. Formerly, the distribution was done by Capitol Records International Corp.
