I was trying to fix a release which was submitted as a single LP when, in fact, it's a 6xLP box set.
After adding the tracklist of the 2nd LP, there was nothing unusual in the preview, same thing after the 3rd and 4th one.
After the 5th LP, I got a "Missing Title" error x3 when there was no missing title in the tracklist as you can see on the first image here: https://imgur.com/a/PHGUYyt
I tried removing tracks, one by one, but it didn't help, even going back to the tracklist as it was before I started to edit it. I couldn't get rid of the error so I quit the page and started over again.
Everything was okay until I added the first track of the 4th LP and, then, I got a "Missing Artist Name" error in the preview but no artist name was missing, as shown on the 2nd image ed.

do you have any idea why this is happening and how to resolve the issue?

I hate this bug with a ion. It's too rare to reliably reproduce to find the root cause and not possible to recover from if you're editing an existing release.

You'll have to open a fresh edit in a new tab and copy over everything manually.

That's what I did the 2nd time: I closed the faulty tab, opened a new one and added all the data again.
And what is frustrating is that the error don't appear after adding a few tracks but after more than 3 dozens tracks.

Yeah, that's the worst part. It doesn't reveal itself until preview. You can sometimes catch if if you go to add a credit/track and it doesn't work. You can at least save some effort by manually copying stuff you've entered from the cursed tab to the fresh one.

I suspect that it has something to do with the menu on the right side of the tracks (the small down arrow), possibly in combination with the caps warning (which causes another issue with the menu too Forum Thread #1050832)

I added headings to this submission so I used the menu on the right side of the tracks. In my case, there was no capitalization warning involved but, unless I clicked on the arrow to close this menu, it stayed open everytime.
Another issue happened during my first attempt at editing the submission: after completing the addition of the 5th LP, I could not add any more headings or tracks, I was unable to add the 6th LP.
And when I removed the tracks one by one to see if this would fix the "Missing Title" error, everytime I removed a track, in place, appeared a blank track.
    Like you, I use Windows/Firefox.
