I just placed an order and when I try and check out using the PayPal button, a PayPal window flickers open and then immediately closes and the credit card button doesn't work. I've tried on 3 different computers and tried logging out and logging in again. Is anyone else having an issue paying for their order? -

Same, but I was finally able to pay through the iOS app using PayPal. When I paid, the app kicked me back to the payment page with an error message, but when I checked the order in a web browser again, the payment had gone through. -

Same, but I was finally able to pay through the iOS app using PayPal. When I paid, the app kicked me back to the payment page with an error message, but when I checked the order in a web browser again, the payment had gone through.
Just ed the app for the iPhone and the app crashes every time I open it… -

I was trying to place an order on my phone and the same thing happened. I thought maybe my phone was the problem, so I rushed home to complete the payment from my computer the same thing still happened. I was so worried the seller might think I'm being difficult so I showed them this post and told them I'll try again tomorrow. -

Thanks folks for posting about the app workaround (didn't even realize Discogs had one). Even using that, after going through the PayPal flow, the invoice still showed as needing to be paid. Had to refresh to see the confirmation.
Anyway, hope the pipeline to PayPal is fixed on the website soon. -

I just ed the app on an iPad and was able to make the payment. I hate the app and its stupid little phone screen format. That's why I rely on the regular internet site on my desktop and on the tablets. Discogs will have to fix this very soon. -

This problem has been haunting discogs for the good part of the past few months. I find it hard to believe that discogs isn't putting this problem as a top priority on the list of interventions. This site's existence relies on transactions! -

I've had 8 orders since yesterday. 4 have been paid and 4 have not. Only one of the have nots messaged me about their inability to pay. He asked for me to invoice him directly from PayPal but I know that is not allowed, since that would be fee avoidance. But how are we supposed to get paid if the checkout does not work? -

I have a slightly different problem, I pay by card, I don't have a PayPal and at first the system started asking for an OTP code, which didn't happen before, when I entered the code, no payment occurred, although the operation was supposedly completed successfully, then my card just doesn't go through. And so for the second day. I have 4 unpaid orders and today at some point everything worked and I managed to pay for one of the four orders, then again the OTP request started again without payment, then nothing again, try another card. And I don't have another one and I'm not sure that another one would work now -

In general, this is annoying, you used to have payment by card without PayPal, it is obvious that they have problems. You removed the form of payment by card, and payment through PayPal does not work now. What a cool monopoly of one system. Maybe that is why other forms of payment were needed, so that if one does not work, then there is another? Some kind of fascism. The brainchild of a fascist musk. To get into everything, crush everything under itself and dictate its will to everyone -
