Wolfgang Peterson

German film and TV director, producer and screenwriter, born March 14, 1941, Emden, , died August 12, 2022, Brentwood, California, USA).
He moved to Los Angeles in 1986, following the international success of his movie "Das Boot" (1981), where he directed several blockbusters including "Outbreak" (1995), "Air Force One" (1997), "The Perfect Storm" (2000), "Troy" (2004) and "Poseidon" (2006).
